What's up everyone! I hope you're all enjoying the first official week of spring semester and that you had a great weekend. Today, I've chosen to throw the charts back to one of the greatest American rock bands of all time which is No Doubt. This group originated in Anaheim, California in 1986 with the lead vocalist being none other than the infamous, Gwen Stefani. The six man (and woman) band broke the records with their hit single Don't Speak on the Billboards at number one for sixteen weeks! Despite the success of the group, in 2004 they decided to work on solo albums which introduced America to the rare and unique sound of Gwen Stefani. Releasing two successful solo albums such as Love. Angle. Music. Baby in 2004 and The Sweet Escape in 2006, Gwen reached number one on the Billboards while recently releasing her first solo number-one album in 2016 as well. As the group continues to tour together occasionally throughout the years, they remain as one of the most iconic groups in America still to this day.
