Level 1 is required of all WNJR show hosts (students and community members). Levels 1 through 3 are required to pass COM 360 and to be eligible for a WNJR staff position. Level 3 is assessed through a written test (in the WNJR Sakai site) and a demonstration in the WNJR studios, both administered by the Faculty Advisor.

Context: Noncommercial Radio
3.1. Explain the difference between community radio and public (service) radio.
