Studying as undergraduates, the band Clean Bandit met in 2008 and formed
a band that would change the UK forever. Releasing their new album in 2012, the
band peaked at number 100 on the UK Singles Chart, but in only two years later
they finally reached number one with “Rather Be.” Releasing their first
international hit allowed Clean Bandit to produce their second number one hit
featuring Sean Paul and Anne-Marie while also having the departure of their
lead vocalist Neil Amin-Smith. The standing three members are now Grace Chatto,
Jack Patterson, and Luke Patterson that still continue to thrive in the music
industry around the world and sooner or later, a number one single will climb
to the top of the United States charts as well.
